Experience and Awards:

September / October 2013: Assistant Model maker for Second Home Studios, Birmingham . I spent 16 days working on the CITV share a Story project, where i got to do prop making, set dressing, help setting up shots and over studio assistance.

July / August 2013: Stop Motion Animator for 360i I worked on the ‘What Matters Most’ campaign for John Lewis Insurance. I was hired to animate and 6 second Vine clip for promotional material.

August 2013: Outstanding Creative Achievement In Design: Graphics and Animation for 'The Piper'

Jun / July 2013: Assistant Animation Director for Carse and Waterman Productions, Stoke-on-Trent on ‘Blue Bird’

January 2013: 2 days assisting at Yamination Studios, Birmingham

November 2012: Work experience at CITV Granada Studios, i spent the week assisting on the fourth series of ‘Compost Corner’. I was also given the opportunity to animate all the stop motion sections on a 30 second animation called ‘Roswell’, a workshop project for kids.

November 2012: ‘Viv & Mandy in the Big Clean Up Part 2’ screened at the Flip Animation Festival.

August 2012: Stop Motion Animator for Carse and Waterman Productions - I animated the clay Del Boy for the Big Kids music video ‘Heart Sing’.

May 2012: A week’s work experience at CITV Granada Studios, assisting on the third series of ‘Compost Corner'.

2012: Animation Bites Awards, 2nd Place for ‘Viv & Mandy in The Big Clean Up Part 1’

2012: Animation Bites Awards, Best Stop-Motion Award for ’Viv & Mandy in The Big Clean Up Part 1’

October 2011: ‘Viv & Mandy in the Big Clean Up Part 1’ screened at the Flip Animation Festival. I was also a Member of the showreel panel where I screened my showreel to the Speakers - this included taking feedback and questions from the audience.

May 2011: Spent a day assisting Barry Purves on ‘Tchaikovsky’ - I animated the film grain effect on projected photographs against the set walls.

2008: Darlington College Awards, Top College Awards Skills Expo for ‘Viv & Mandy Pilot’
